Ingredients:
• Bounty Fresh Family Feast Chicken
• Salt
• Lemon Slice
• Pepper
• Lemon Slice
• Onion
• Garlic
• Honey
• Cream
• Mustard

Procedure:
1.) In a bowl, combine the mustard, honey and lemon juice.
2.) Sear lemon slice to intensify flavor. Set a side.
3.) Sprinkle chicken with sea salt and a touch of fresh black pepper.
4.) Sear each piece of chicken well or until the skin is done.
5.) Once done, pull out chicken and rest it on a plate.
6.) In the same pan, add diced onion and garlic. Saute on medium heat until soft.
7.) Add the contents of the bowl with mustard mixture.
8.) When it stops sizzling, add the chicken back to the pan and cook for about 30 - 40 mins.
9.) Finish by mixing in a dollop of cream at the end
10.) Plate with seared lemon slices.
