Wholesale
Do you accept wholesale/ bulk orders?
Yes. There is no limit in purchase order. We are also open to bulk orders for hotels, restaurants, establishments and community resellers.
If there are not enough stocks for your order on our site, you may contact or send us an email and we will process your order separately depending on the availability.

Is there a wholesale/ bulk discount?
Yes, discount is automatically applied whenever you reach a specific amount. If you opt for a bigger purchase order, we can extend you a bigger discount. See below our discount scheme:
- P5K- 9.9K worth of purchase - 6% discount
- P10K- 19.9K worth of purchase - 8% discount
- P20K- 49.9K worth of purchase - 10% discount
- P50K- 99.9K worth of purchase - 12% discount
- P100K worth of purchase - 13% discount
Can I pick up my order instead?
What are the requirements needed for wholesale pick-up?
Please see below requirements and conditions:
*Cold Storage Plaridel, Bulacan Pick up
- Bring PPE’s before going to the storage - Reflector vest, hairnet, close shoes, vaccination card
- Certificate of Accreditation to Meat Transport Vehicles (MTV) from NMIS
*Plant Sta Maria , Bulacan Pick up
- Bring PPE’s before going to the storage - Reflector vest, hairnet, close shoes, vaccination card
What is your pick-up time?
Concerns, Returns & Refund
What are the return/exchange policies?
There will be no return and no exchange once the product has been received. Please make sure to check the products you have received and notify us if you have any questions or remarks related to your order.
Since our items are perishable we would like to request that you inform us of any issue about the order you receive within 48 hours, so we can investigate and address them.

For which reasons can I return an item?
What should I do if I receive a wrong or damaged product?
Can I request a refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, our TMM support team will contact and update you. Please take note that processing will take three to four weeks. See our refund policy here.
