FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Things you need to know. (Updated as of June 11, 2020)
1. When should we expect our delivery?
Please expect your delivery 3-5 days after the validation of your payment.
2. What are your operating hours?
We accept orders from Monday-Friday, 9AM to 5PM. However, you can order from our website 24/7!
Please note that our office will be closed on May 1, 2020, deliveries will resume on May 2, 2020.
3. Can we order on Facebook/Instagram?
Unfortunately, we do not accept orders through Facebook or Instagram.
4. Do you deliver here at (province)?
Currently, The Meat Market delivers within Metro Manila only. However, our #Manokngbayan Chooks-to-Go family are happy to serve you. Check out this post for more info: https://bit.ly/2RT9Nd7
5. What payment methods do you accept?
(NEW) Effective May 6, 2020; 1:00pm: We are currently accepting payments via our partners, Dragonpay and Paymaya

6. What is the maximum weight per delivery?
There is a maximum weight of 17kg per delivery. This is for the safety of the product and our partner riders.
7. Is there a minimum or maximum order per person?
There is no minimum order per person. However, the maximum we can process per order is up to 3 deliveries (51kg).
8. How much is the shipping fee?
For areas in Metro Manila only shipping fee is at 150php for every maximum weight of 17kg.
9. How can I track my order status? Will you provide a tracking number?
After your payment has been verified, it will take 3-5 days for your product to arrive. Prior to your delivery, we will send a confirmation on your actual delivery schedule.
Our third party rider delivery provider will contact you after they leave our shop on route to your delivery address.
10. What are the return/exchange policies?
There will be a no return and no exchange once the product has been received. Please make sure to check the products you have received and notify us if you have any questions or remarks related to your order.
Since our items are perishable we would like to request that you inform us of any issue about the order you receive with in 48 hours, so we can investigate and address them.

11. I want to change my order. Is it possible?
If your order has not been paid and processed, you may email firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your order and you may create a new order. However, once your payment has been confirmed, we will not accept any changes to the order.
12. Is there a cut-off time for orders? How long will it take for them to deliver?
We will be processing orders from Mondays to Fridays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The cut-off time is 5pm daily. Please be aware that we need around 3-4 working days after verification of payment to deliver your goods.
