• 2 packs Bounty Fresh chicken popcorn
• Vegetable oil
• (Sauce)
• 1 tbsp. olive oil
• 2 tbsps. Butter
• 6 pcs. salted egg yolks, mashed
• 1 tsp. garlic, minced
• 3 pcs. Bay leaves
• 1 tsp. chili flakes
• Salt and pepper to taste

1.) Separate the yolks of the salted eggs. Mash the yolks and set aside.
2.) In a sauce pan, add oil and melt butter. Add mashed salted egg yolks. Fry until foamy. Add garlic and bay leaves.
3.) Season with salt, pepper and chili flakes. Set aside.
4.) Deep-fry chicken popcorn according to package directions. Drain excess oil in paper towels.
5.) Heat up sauce again and mix in your cooked chicken popcorn. Serve immediately.
